1. Agreement & Changes

By using this site you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service & Restrictions

Find Structural Movers is a directory of structural moving companies. We display each provider's public contact details so you can reach them directly. We don't collect or route quote requests on their behalf, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. Automated scraping or collection of provider data for commercial purposes is prohibited.

3. Advertising & Sponsorships

Structural moving companies can purchase an exclusive state sponsorship, which features their listing at the top of that state's page with a “Sponsored” label. Sponsorships are billed monthly through Stripe, are limited to one sponsor per state, and can be canceled anytime, with access continuing through the end of the paid period. A sponsorship affects placement only; it is not an endorsement and does not guarantee any lead volume or results.

4. No Endorsement or Warranty

Provider information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or outdated. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement. This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying a provider's credentials, licensing, and insurance.

5. Liability & Indemnification

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or interactions with a provider. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Structural Movers from any claims or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the site or a dispute with a provider.

6. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a class action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
